1. Store Cabbage in the Refrigerator
The best place to store cabbage is in the refrigerator. It should be kept in the crisper drawer, where the temperature is slightly higher than the rest of the fridge. Before storing, remove any damaged or loose outer leaves. Wrap the cabbage tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to prevent moisture loss and place it in a perforated plastic bag to allow air circulation.
2. Keep Cabbage Away from Ethylene-Producing Fruits and Vegetables
